Orblivion strategy cookbook (TypeScript) ======================================== Five ready-made strategies for the Orblivion starter bot. Each file is a complete strategy.ts: copy it over the starter bot's strategy.ts and run the bot. The full guide: https://orblivion.com/docs/strategy-cookbook.html The starter bot: https://orblivion.com/docs/starter-bot.html Files dca.ts buys BUY_USD of ETH with USDG every EVERY_HOURS hours trend.ts a moving-average crossover: buys when the fast average crosses above the slow one, sells when it crosses below mean-reversion.ts buys a dip under the rolling mean, sells at the mean or at a stop under its buy price grid.ts buys and sells at fixed price levels around a centre take-profit-stop-loss.ts sells the wallet's ETH at a gain (take-profit) or a loss (stop-loss) from its entry price Use one cp dca.ts strategy.ts in the starter bot's folder (Windows: copy dca.ts strategy.ts) npm run bot a dry run: "dry_run": true in config.json, nothing is sent ... read bot-log.jsonl, change the constants at the top of the file, run the dry run again ... Delete bot-state.json before going live if you want the strategy to start afresh: what it remembers from the dry run carries over. Each strategy - is configured by the constants at the top of its file; - trades only ETH and USDG, the tokens in the starter bot's config.json; - does nothing on a tick without an ETH price, and keeps what it remembers under its own name in bot-state.json; - imports nothing, makes no network calls and holds no keys: bot.ts does that, inside your limits. bot.ts cuts every order to max_trade_usd, to what is left of max_day_usd and to what the wallet holds, and skips anything under $1. These are examples to learn from. None of them predicts the price, and any of them can lose money. This is example code, not financial advice.
