Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Orblivion for the use of Orblivion's website, API, SDKs, MCP server and hosted agents. Please read them, and the Privacy notice, before you use the service.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. About these terms#

  • Who we are. Orblivion is a trading layer for Orbio agents on Robinhood Chain. It is operated by its developer ("Orblivion", "we", "us" or "our"). You can reach us at [email protected].
  • Who you are. "You" means the person using Orblivion. If you use it for a company or another organisation, or build an agent that uses it for someone else, you accept these terms for them too and confirm you have the authority to do so.
  • The service. "The service" means everything Orblivion provides: the website at orblivion.com and its pages (the docs, the account, league and treasury pages and the web app), the API at api.orblivion.com, the SDKs, the MCP server, sessions and their co-signer, hosted agents, AI agents and the league.
  • Acceptance. You accept these terms by using any part of the service, including by signing in with your wallet, using an API key, calling the API through an SDK, the MCP server or your own code, or creating a hosted agent. Signing Orblivion's sign-in message says so too. If you don't accept these terms, don't use the service.
  • Other documents. The Privacy notice says how we handle personal data. The League rules govern the prize league, and the $ORBLIVION token notice covers our token. The documentation, including Fees and gas, Tokens and risks and the Security model, describes how the service works and forms part of these terms where these terms refer to it. If a page of the documentation and these terms disagree, these terms win.

2. Eligibility#

You may use the service only if all of the following are true, and you confirm that they are each time you use it:

  • you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract;
  • you are not a sanctioned person: not named on, or owned or controlled by anyone named on, a sanctions list kept by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other government or authority whose sanctions apply to you or to us;
  • you are not located, resident or organised in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or any other country or region that comes under comprehensive sanctions;
  • you are not acting for, or for the benefit of, anyone the two points above describe;
  • using the service is lawful for you where you are, and you have not been barred from it by us before.

Some parts of the service have their own conditions:

  • Stock tokens are never for US persons. Robinhood Chain's tokenized stocks are not offered to US persons, and Orblivion builds a stock trade only with the owner's statement that they are not a US person and not acting for one (section 7).
  • The league's prizes are not open to US persons, or to anyone where such contests are prohibited or restricted (League rules).
  • $ORBLIVION is not offered to US persons (token notice).

"US person" means a citizen or resident of the United States, anyone located in the United States, a company or other entity organised or based in the United States, or anyone acting for or on behalf of any of them.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including on sanctions, securities, derivatives, taxes and gambling or prize contests. We may ask you to confirm any of the above, and we may refuse or end service to anyone we reasonably believe isn't eligible. The service is not offered where its use would be unlawful.

3. What Orblivion is, and isn't#

  • Software that plans, simulates and relays trades you sign. Orblivion finds routes, builds unsigned transactions, simulates them against live chain state, discloses what it found about the tokens and the route, and relays what you sign. Your key, on your machine, signs. For a session or a hosted agent, the limits you signed decide what can be signed for you.
  • Non-custodial. Orblivion never holds your funds or your private keys, never takes possession of your tokens, and can't reverse, cancel or recover a transaction once it is on chain. The fee it charges is part of your signed transaction. A hosted agent's executor key, which Orblivion's signing service keeps, can only send that agent's own trades within the session you signed, paying their gas from the ETH you send it.
  • Not a broker, exchange, adviser or fiduciary. We don't execute orders on your behalf as an agent, hold client money, make markets, or act as your broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager or fiduciary. No relationship of trust, agency, partnership or employment arises from your use of the service.
  • No advice. Nothing on our website, in the docs, in a quote, a plan, a disclosure, a token's tier, Dossier's verdict, an AI agent's reasoning or any message from us is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. You decide what to trade, and how.
  • Any token with a route. Orblivion doesn't vet, list, endorse or vouch for any token. It screens tokens and tells you what it found; that is information, not a guarantee (Tokens and risks).
  • Software in active development. The service can have bugs, change, slow down or stop. Use small amounts first, use the SDKs' own checks, and set limits you can afford to lose. We may add, change or remove features, routes, tokens, venues or limits at any time.
  • Availability. We aim to keep the service running but don't promise that it will be available at any time, answer within any time, or relay any transaction. Robinhood Chain, its sequencer and the other services Orblivion depends on can be slow or unavailable too.
  • Paper trading. Paper agents, the practice board and anything else marked paper or practice are simulations with no real value. A simulated result doesn't predict a real one.

4. Wallet sign-in, API keys and sessions#

  • Your wallet is your identity. There are no passwords. You sign in by signing Orblivion's sign-in message with your wallet, which signs no transaction and costs no gas. The record Orblivion keeps for a wallet (its keys, trades, sessions, hosted agents and league entries) is "your account".
  • API keys. Signing in gives you an API key bound to that wallet. It lasts at most the time the docs state (30 days by default). Keep it secret: anyone who holds it can act as your wallet at Orblivion, for example read your account or pause, stop or switch on your hosted agents within sessions you already signed, although a key alone can't move your funds. Revoke a key you no longer need, and revoke every key at once if one may have leaked (Authentication).
  • Sessions. A session is an on-chain permission you sign with your wallet, letting a separate executor key make trades within limits you set (amounts, tokens, fees, number of trades, expiry), each co-signed by Orblivion's co-signer. The limits you sign are the outer bound of what a session can do. Revoking a session at Orblivion stops Orblivion co-signing for it; revoke it on chain as well to end it there (Sessions).
  • What you sign is yours. You are responsible for every message and transaction your wallet signs and for everything done with your keys, sessions and agents, whether or not you meant it. Check what you sign. The SDKs check much of it for you; if you call the API directly, you must do it yourself.
  • Keep your keys safe. Orblivion never asks for your private key or seed phrase, in any form. If someone asks for it in our name, it isn't us.

5. Hosted agents and AI agents#

  • Your agent, your instructions. A hosted agent runs a strategy you choose: a built-in one, your own webhook, or an AI model following a strategy you write. It acts only on your instructions and within the limits you set and the session you signed. You choose its strategy, pairs, limits, risk terms and when it trades live, and you bear the outcome of every trade it makes, good or bad.
  • We don't decide its trades. Orblivion runs the agent's loop, applies your limits and its safety checks, and builds and relays its trades. It does not choose your strategy, review it, judge whether it is sensible, or guarantee that an agent will trade, trade at a particular time or price, or make money. An agent may hold instead of trading when a check fails, data is stale, a service is down or a limit is reached.
  • AI models can be wrong. An AI agent's model can misread data, follow text it shouldn't, contradict itself or make poor decisions. Its reasoning is not advice. Orblivion checks every answer against your limits and refuses anything outside them, but it can't make a model's judgement good. Keep an AI agent's limits small.
  • Models and who pays for them. AI agents call models through Orbio. Orblivion may pay for some model calls from its own Orbio credits. That allowance is discretionary: its size and rules are in the docs, and we may change, reduce or end it at any time without notice. Calls paid from your own Orbio balance are between you and Orbio, on Orbio's terms, and use your balance only as you approved at Orbio.
  • Webhooks. If your agent asks your own server what to do, you are responsible for that server, its security, its answers and the webhook secret.
  • Pauses and the kill switch. We may pause any agent, or every live agent at once, at any time, including for security, a market or chain problem, maintenance or legal reasons (section 17). An agent also pauses by itself in the cases the docs list. A pause can mean a trade you expected doesn't happen. Releasing the kill switch doesn't restart your agent: you resume it.
  • Executor gas. The ETH you send a hosted agent's executor for gas is yours. Once you have stopped the agent and every session for its executor has ended, you can have Orblivion send what is left back to the agent's owner wallet, less the gas of that transfer (Hosted agents).

6. Fees#

  • Orblivion's fee is taken on chain in the same transaction as your trade, at the rates published in Fees and gas: today 0.25% on a trade between majors (lowered to 0.15% or 0.10% by the trading wallet's 30-day volume), 0.50% on any other trade, and 0.10% more with Dossier Shield. Network gas is yours to pay. Pools, bonding curves and token contracts may charge their own fees and taxes, which aren't ours.
  • Fixed before you sign. A trade's fee is stated in its plan before you sign, and the SDKs refuse a fee you didn't agree to. A session fixes the fees it allows when you sign it, for its whole life.
  • Changes. We may change the fees. We will announce a change in the docs and on our X account, @OrblivionLayer, at least 7 days before it takes effect, except for a change needed to fix a security problem, which may take effect at once. A change never applies to a trade you already signed or to a session's signed limits.
  • No refunds. Because the fee is part of an on-chain transaction, it can't be refunded by us, including when the trade reverts after the fee was paid (for example a two-step curve trade), except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on your trades, your fees and anything you receive.

7. Stock tokens#

Robinhood Chain carries tokenized stocks, such as NVDA and SPY. They are not offered to US persons, and they may be restricted in other places too. Their contracts don't enforce this, so Orblivion requires the owner's statement that they are not a US person (owner_attests_non_us) before it builds a stock trade. A hosted agent trades stock tokens only when its owner has signed that statement with the owner wallet for the agent's session, until a date the owner chooses (at most 30 days), and only while the US stock-token session is open.

  • That statement is yours, and must be true. Don't trade stock tokens if you are a US person, or if the law where you are doesn't allow it. We may add further eligibility checks at any time.
  • Stock tokens are issued by a third party under its own terms. They are not the underlying shares, and what they entitle you to is set by their issuer's terms, not by Orblivion. They can be paused, and their registry can block wallets.

8. Prohibited use#

You must not use the service, or help anyone else use it:

  • to break any law or regulation, or to evade sanctions, including by hiding where you are (for example with a VPN) or who you act for, or by using someone else's wallet;
  • with funds that come from crime, or to launder money, finance terrorism or commit fraud;
  • to manipulate a market: pump-and-dump schemes, spoofing, front-running others with information you shouldn't have, or wash trading (trading with yourself or with wallets you control or coordinate with), including to reach a lower fee tier, to qualify for or rank in the league, or to earn a share of Orblivion's AI allowance;
  • to game the league or any allowance or limit with many wallets, agents or identities, coordinated or hedged trades, copy-trading arrangements or other schemes the League rules describe;
  • to attack, overload or disrupt the service, Robinhood Chain or anyone else: probing for or exploiting vulnerabilities, denial of service, flooding, getting around rate limits, or interfering with other users' agents, sessions or trades;
  • to collect data from the service by scraping, crawling or bulk requests beyond the published rate limits, or to resell or redistribute the service's data as a feed;
  • to access anything that isn't yours, including other people's accounts, keys, sessions or agents, or the non-public parts of the service;
  • to impersonate anyone, including Orblivion, or to suggest that we endorse you, your agent or your token;
  • to trade stock tokens as a US person, or to make a false statement to us, including the non-US statement and any league eligibility confirmation;
  • to deploy or promote tokens or contracts designed to trap or defraud others;
  • in any way that could expose us to legal liability or harm the service's reputation.

Good-faith security research is welcome when it follows Reporting a vulnerability: report privately, don't access other people's data or funds, and give us reasonable time to fix an issue before you disclose it.

9. Third-party services#

The service works with services, networks and contracts that we don't run or control, and that have their own terms and privacy policies. Among them:

  • Robinhood Chain, its sequencer and its bridge, and the block explorers that show it;
  • Uniswap (its pools, Universal Router and Permit2 contracts), Pons bonding curves and other venues a route may use;
  • Orbio, its agent vault and launchpad, its model gateway and Sign in with Orbio;
  • Dossier, the token-verdict service behind Dossier Shield;
  • the smart-account and delegation contracts that sessions use, and the wallet software you sign with;
  • Chainlink price feeds and the other price references Orblivion reads;
  • the infrastructure Orblivion runs on: Cloudflare, which sits in front of our website and API, Google Cloud, which hosts our servers, and the RPC providers that serve chain data and receive transactions.

Your use of them is governed by their own terms. They may change, fail, pause, censor or stop at any time, charge their own fees, or give wrong answers. We don't endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for them, and section 15 applies to any loss they cause. Links to a third party aren't an endorsement.

10. The league and $ORBLIVION#

  • The prize league is governed by the League rules, which form part of these terms. Entering is free, and no purchase of $ORBLIVION or any other token is needed to enter.
  • $ORBLIVION is an Orbio agent token. It gives no ownership of Orblivion and no claim on its revenue, profits, assets or treasury. Read the token notice before you deal in it.

11. Intellectual property#

  • Ours. The Orblivion name, logo, mark and wordmark, the website's design, text and graphics, the documentation, and the software that runs the service belong to us or our licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not use our name or brand in a way that suggests we endorse you or that could confuse anyone about who runs a product or a token.
  • Open source. The Python and TypeScript SDKs and the MCP server are published under the MIT License. The license in each package governs that code, and nothing in these terms limits what it allows. These terms govern your use of the service the code talks to. You may copy the code examples in the documentation into your own software.
  • Yours. You keep the rights you have in what you give the service: your agents' names, strategies and prompts, your webhook's answers and your other inputs ("your content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process and transmit your content as needed to run the service for you, including sending an AI agent's prompts to Orbio and the model provider, and to show the parts that are public by their nature, such as a league entrant's agent name and results. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to use it and that it doesn't break the law or anyone's rights.
  • Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.

12. Risks you take#

Trading crypto assets is risky, and you can lose everything you trade. By using the service you accept these risks, among others:

  • Market risk. Prices move, sometimes to zero, and they can move fast. Thin tokens and tokens on a bonding curve can move a lot with one trade. Past results, including any league standing, say nothing about future ones.
  • Token risk. Any token with a route can be traded, including honeypots, tokens that tax transfers, lookalikes of real assets and impersonations of real projects. Orblivion's screens and Dossier's verdicts are disclosures, not guarantees, and can be wrong or out of date. If you accept a severe risk, you accept that you may lose what you trade.
  • Execution risk. A trade can revert, or fill at any price down to its on-chain minimum. A transaction can be delayed, dropped or traded against by others who see it. A curve trade's fee can be spent without its trade (see Trading).
  • Key risk. Whoever holds a key can use it. A session limits what its keys can do, within the limits you sign; it doesn't protect a wallet whose main key is lost or stolen. Lost keys can't be recovered by us.
  • Agent risk. An agent, and an AI agent especially, can misread data, follow instructions it shouldn't, or trade badly, repeatedly, within its limits. Keep its limits small and set them where it can't change them.
  • Smart-contract risk. The contracts a trade or a session uses (routers, pools, curves, tokens, smart accounts, delegation contracts) can have bugs, be upgraded, paused or exploited, and behave differently from what anyone expected.
  • Chain and service risk. Orblivion, Robinhood Chain, its sequencer and bridge, RPC providers, price feeds, Orbio, Dossier and the contracts Orblivion uses can be slow, unavailable, paused by their operators, censored or wrong. Chain data can be reorganised or delayed.
  • Price-reference risk. Independent prices (Chainlink feeds, time-weighted pool averages) can be stale, wrong or unavailable, for example over a weekend for stock tokens.
  • Public trades. Your trades, sizes and wallet are visible on chain to anyone, in near real time, for ever.
  • Regulatory and tax risk. Laws about crypto assets, tokenized stocks, AI agents and prize contests are changing and differ by country. A change could limit or end your use of the service or of a token, and you may owe tax on your trades and prizes.

13. Your responsibilities#

  • Comply with these terms and with the laws that apply to you, including on sanctions, taxes and securities.
  • Keep your keys, API keys and webhook secrets safe, and revoke them if they may have leaked.
  • Check what you sign. Set your own limits, and keep them within what you can afford to lose.
  • Make your own decisions, and take independent advice where you need it.
  • Keep your own records of your trades for tax and other purposes; on-chain data is the authoritative record.
  • Don't use the service to attack it, others or the chain, and don't try to access what isn't yours.

14. Disclaimers#

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all its faults and without any warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim every warranty and condition, express or implied, including those of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. In particular, we don't warrant that:

  • a quote, route, plan, simulation, price, tier, disclosure, screen or Dossier verdict is accurate, complete, current or the best available;
  • a transaction will be relayed, mined or executed at any price or time;
  • a token is what it claims to be, is safe, or can be sold;
  • an agent or strategy will behave as you expect or make money;
  • the service, the docs or the SDKs are free of bugs, viruses or other harmful components, or will be available, secure or compatible with your systems.

Some places don't allow some of these exclusions. Where that is so, they apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitation of liability#

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • No indirect losses. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, or tokens or other assets, however it arises.
  • No liability for these losses in particular, whatever their cause: trading losses, including from a price move, slippage, a reverted or delayed transaction or a missed trade; failures or acts of Robinhood Chain, its sequencer, RPC providers, Orbio, Dossier, Uniswap, Pons, Cloudflare, Google Cloud or any other third party; failures, bugs or exploits of smart contracts, including tokens and the contracts sessions use; decisions and trades of agents, including AI agents and webhook agents, within the limits their owner signed; anyone's use of your keys, API keys or signatures; and a token being a scam, an impersonation, a honeypot or worthless.
  • A cap. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these terms, whatever the legal theory, is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid Orblivion in the three months before the claim arose and (b) USD 100.
  • What isn't limited. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow to be excluded or limited.

These limits apply even if we were told a loss was possible, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They are a fair allocation of risk, given that the service is non-custodial, low-cost software you control, and they are part of the basis on which we offer it.

16. Indemnity#

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orblivion and its developer from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party or arising from: your breach of these terms; your breach of any law or of anyone's rights; your content; your use of the service, including through your keys, sessions and agents; or a false statement you make to us, including the non-US statement or a league eligibility confirmation. We may take control of the defence of any such claim, and you will cooperate with us.

17. Suspension and termination#

  • We may suspend, limit or end your access to all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice, including by refusing or not relaying a request or a trade, revoking your API keys, pausing or stopping your hosted agents, engaging the kill switch, blocking a wallet, an address or a network, or removing a league entry, where we reasonably think it is needed:
    • for security, to protect the service, you or others, or because of a vulnerability or an incident;
    • for legal or regulatory reasons, including sanctions, a court order or a request from an authority;
    • because of abuse, a breach of these terms or of the League rules, or a risk of fraud or manipulation;
    • because of a failure or risk in Robinhood Chain or a service we depend on, or for maintenance.
  • Your funds stay yours. Because Orblivion is non-custodial, a suspension never takes your funds. On-chain approvals and sessions you signed stay on chain until they expire or you revoke them there: revoke what you no longer want.
  • You may stop at any time. Revoke your API keys, stop and delete your hosted agents, take back your executor gas, revoke your sessions and approvals on chain, and stop using the service.
  • We may discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time. We will give notice in the docs and on our X account where we reasonably can, so that you can stop your agents and revoke what you signed.
  • What survives. Sections 3, 8, 11 to 17, 19 and 20, and anything else that by its nature should, survive the end of your use of the service.

18. Changes to these terms#

  • We may change these terms. We will post the new terms here with a new "Last updated" date.
  • For a material change, we will give notice in the docs and on our X account at least 7 days before it takes effect where we reasonably can. A change needed for security or required by law may take effect sooner.
  • A change doesn't apply to a trade you signed before it took effect, or to the signed limits of an existing session.
  • By using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the changed terms. If you don't accept them, stop using the service.

19. Disputes#

  • Talk to us first. If you have a complaint or a dispute about the service or these terms, email [email protected] with your wallet address, what happened and what you want. We will try in good faith to resolve it with you informally within 30 days of your email, and you agree to do the same before you start any formal proceedings. Either of us may start proceedings once those 30 days have passed, or sooner where it is urgent or needed to protect a right before a time limit runs out.
  • Your rights under the law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms limits any right that the law applying to you gives you and that can't be waived or limited by agreement, including any right to bring a claim where you live.

20. General#

  • Entire agreement. These terms, with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service, and replace any earlier one.
  • Severability. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it applies to the greatest extent the law allows, and the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a right, we haven't given it up.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example to a company that takes over running Orblivion; we will post notice in the docs.
  • Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as a chain or network failure, an attack, a failure of a third-party service, a change in law, or a natural disaster.
  • Notices. We give notice by posting in the docs or on our X account, or to an email address you used to write to us. You give notice to us by email to [email protected].
  • No third-party rights. Nobody other than you and us has rights under these terms, except that the developer of Orblivion may rely on sections 15 and 16.
  • Language. These terms are written in English. A translation is for convenience only; the English version governs.

21. Contact#
