The $ORBLIVION token

$ORBLIVION is Orblivion's token: an Orbio agent token, issued through Orbio's launchpad on Robinhood Chain. This notice says what it is and, more importantly, what it isn't. Read it, and the Terms of Use, before you buy, sell or hold it.

What it is#

The official contract address: 0x40ee90a66e8b707488fb44b73e3c426febae9bf8 (Robinhood Chain, Orbio agent #1875, launched 9 October 2026).

  • An Orbio agent token. $ORBLIVION is the token of Orblivion's Orbio agent, issued through Orbio's launchpad like every Orbio agent token. Its contract, its bonding curve and its trading are Orbio's and the launchpad's, under their rules; Orblivion didn't write those contracts and can't change them.
  • Its fees go where Orbio sends them. Orbio splits the creator fees an agent token's trading earns under its own rules, which Orbio can change: today part is staked as ORBIO for the agent, part is minted to it as CREDIT, part funds an AI balance that can only pay for models, and part goes to Orbio's treasury.
  • What Orblivion does with the agent's share. Under Orblivion's current policy, half of the growth of the token's ORBIO stake funds the prize league's reserve, up to the reserve's ceiling, and the rest stays staked, and the CREDIT and AI balance pay for hosted AI agents. That policy is a decision Orblivion makes and can change; it gives holders nothing.
  • The official address. We publish the token's official contract address on this page and on our X account, @OrblivionLayer, and nowhere else. Tokens with the same name or ticker at any other address are not ours: Orbio agent tokens are copied often, so check the address every time.

What it isn't#

  • Not a share or a claim. Holding $ORBLIVION doesn't make you an owner, shareholder, partner, member or creditor of Orblivion or its developer. It gives no right to Orblivion's revenue, fees, profits, assets, treasury or ORBIO stake, and no right to receive any payment, dividend or distribution.
  • No governance. It carries no vote on Orblivion's decisions, its policies or its treasury.
  • No promise of value or returns. We don't promise, and nobody is authorised to promise for us, that $ORBLIVION will have any value, rise in price, be listed anywhere or stay tradable, or that anything will be done to support its price.
  • Not needed to use Orblivion. You don't need $ORBLIVION to use the service or to enter or win the league.
  • Not an investment product. We don't offer it as an investment, we haven't registered it with any regulator, and nothing on our website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, $ORBLIVION or any other asset.

Buybacks#

Orblivion's treasury policy sets aside a share of the trading fees Orblivion earns for buying back $ORBLIVION. Any buyback is a discretionary decision of Orblivion's treasury, under the policy published at the time:

  • it can be changed, paused or stopped at any time, without notice;
  • its timing, size and method, and what happens to bought tokens, are for Orblivion to decide;
  • it is not a promise of value, of a price or of returns, and you should not buy or hold $ORBLIVION expecting one.

Every movement of the treasury's buckets is on chain and in the public treasury record.

Who can't buy it from us#

$ORBLIVION is not offered to US persons (as the Terms of Use define them), to sanctioned persons, to anyone in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or to anyone where offering it would be unlawful. We don't sell it to anyone directly. It trades on Orbio's launchpad and on decentralised exchanges, which we don't run: if you deal in it there, you do so on your own decision and responsibility, under the law that applies to you.

Our own holdings#

Orblivion's developer controls the token's Orbio agent, including its owner wallet and its ORBIO stake, and may hold, buy or sell $ORBLIVION. The treasury's wallets, the stake's withdrawals for the league and every payout are public on chain and in the treasury record.

Risks#

  • Volatility. Agent tokens are among the most volatile assets there are. The price can move by most of its value in minutes, and can go to zero.
  • Liquidity. There may be few buyers, especially on the bonding curve or in thin pools. A sale can move the price a lot, or be impossible at any price you would accept.
  • Total loss. You can lose everything you put in. Don't buy more than you can afford to lose.
  • Smart contracts. The token, the launchpad's curve, the pools and the routers that trade it can have bugs or be exploited.
  • Orbio's platform. The token depends on Orbio: its launchpad, its agent vault, its fee rules and its services. Orbio can change its rules, pause features or stop, and that can change what the token's fees do, or whether the agent earns anything.
  • Impersonation. Fake tokens with the same name and ticker appear often. Check the contract address against this page every time.
  • Regulation and tax. Laws on crypto assets differ by country and are changing; a change could limit who can hold or trade the token. You are responsible for any tax on your trades.
  • Policy changes. Orblivion's treasury, buyback and league policies can change at any time, and none of them gives holders a right to anything.
